MariNoia, Vol. II: Lung cancer

As with the ineptly-named “French ‘paradox,’” we find a fascinating connection between marijuana smoking and lung cancer.  Heavy dope smokers actually have a lower risk of lung cancer than people who smoke nothing at all. 
Here is Dr. Donald Tashkin, Medical Director of the Pulmonary Function Laboratory and Professor of Medicine at the UCLA, presenting on the respiratory effects of cannabis:
